Ah! That's fantastic! I bet you have some wonderful stories from the coffee house days! Wow! I hope you share more of them. I believe I've had Gato Negro! My wife's father makes this great essence of coffee. There's a bottle of it in the fridge at his house, all you have to do is pour in a little and add hot water. It's delicious!
