Do you remember how there was a brief moment at the beginning where they were afraid of a mask shortage and they told us masks weren’t necessary? That made me so angry. I remember thinking, “Logically, a mask has to help.” That was so irresponsible. I suppose it was a response to the lunacy of toilet paper hoarding, but they undermined their credibility when they spread inaccurate information. We were super careful too, I had my kids out of school a few days before the closings were announced.
