I keep trying to chip away at phone costs. I was going to go with Google Voice (which is free), but you do have to verify it with a cell phone every couple of years. Maybe they have a payment plan and then you could just use a cheap tablet as your phone. I love conversations about how to cut superfluous, inflated expenses. $42 for a new phone is a score!
