I left that comment a few months ago. Since then Newsbreak has updated its contract at least twice. At first I thought their language was too broad in the rights they expected to receive for work published. The new language is less aggressive. I still wouldn't want to give them my best work, but I don't feel uncomfortable placing one shot, timely local articles with them.
