I like the affection you demonstrate for your daughter, but I do think we have to respond to the hate speech that comes out of conservative Christians. I guess her point is that we can't descend to their level, but I do think we have to call them out on it, particularly when Christians call for violence (which they do often). Thought provoking piece.
