I think if you're worried that you might hurt your kids, it means you're a kind soul and you're already doing a great job. I see that a lot. People who need to hear my message ignore it, and people who are doing wonderful become concerned I'm talking about them. I always am mindful to compliment my kids as well as keep them on task.

I think it's dangerous to tell people "not to cut people off," particularly when you don't know the complete story. Don't make the assumption that people "loved you" or "cared about you." You might, inadvertently be sending somebody to their death. Thanks for the comment.
