I think it’s a point that merits further discussion. If a person comes into a store and clearly says he’s going to use the guns for an illegal purpose then shouldn’t the store owner be responsible? There are other cases where if you provide a gun that is then used in a crime then you are liable. The point is that we need to be discussing these scenarios, it shouldn’t be a media blackout. I agree that 25 should be the age limit for purchasing.
