I think it's important to point out how offensive it is when people wave the confederate flag. Our country is way too tolerant of this. Moderates always say that we have to try to work with the other side, but the political right has descended so far into fascism that we have to call them out for their crimes in my opinion. I don't think holding people accountable drives away the liberals. I think they're looking for that.
