I think the problem is that the US isn't liberal. Conservative ideology dominates everything. We're a bunch of crybaby dictators screaming for an opportunity to inflict pain. What the public doesn't realize is that they are going to end up on the receiving end. I hope reason prevails, but that would mean writing a new chapter for the history books. Thanks for the comment!
