I worked with Rev, but there are a lot of transcribing companies out there. Also, keep in mind that sometimes these companies aren't hiring, so don't assume that there was something wrong with your application. I would assume a lot of people have signed up because of the Pandemic. Doing a couple applications will give you an idea what the work is like. It's fun for a while, but it becomes tedious very quickly.
