I'd actually started writing this article for a presentation at the local library as sort of a tutorial. But then it came out differently than I expected. Writing this allowed me to recognize that my path is different than most writers on Medium. I think the general path is to write a bunch of wide reaching articles. My work is more specific and it's directed at a specific group of thoughtful readers such as yourself. I just offer these thoughts to make the point that it's possible to find success using a variety of approaches, although some approaches might take longer. How many articles have you written so far? More than anything else, volume seems to be the defining factor.
