I'm a white male. Therefore I have white privilege, and I have male privilege. It's my responsibility to do my part to deconstruct this unfair system.

Part of taking full responsibility is recognizing the difference between white privilege and male privilege.

I find it interesting how many white woman insist that they do not have white privilege.
