I'm an educator and there are very strict rules. You're trained to NEVER touch the kids and the more I think about it, the more I believe that's the right approach. I think it's important that we spread this message. Had I called the police, I would have made sure the child had my jacket. As it was, I had him back in his house before I even thought of that.
