I'm curious, what would be the process on something like that? You say, "No you can't search my car." Then you're arrested. But wouldn't that give the police time to plant something on your vehicle? What's the advantage of submitting to being arrested? This is an honest question, I'm not trying to be snarky. I sincerely want to know.
