I'm sorry about your niece, that's terrible. It's so unfortunate that tragedies like that have to happen for them to see the light. We should be able to handle such things, instead, conservatives make sure they are as bad as they can possibly be. I hope she gets the treatment she needs. Thanks for your comment!
