I've heard of the felony murder doctrine. It's shameful that it has never been mentioned by the media in relation to January 6th. You're absolutely right, if it had been anything other than predominantly white men attacking (in defense of a white male cause), our legal system would have been swift to charge all of the survivors with murder (and there wouldn't have been many survivors).
