I've made radical changes in my life to cut out all the noise. When I was 25, I moved to Peru without knowing anyone down there. It's the best thing you can do. It's hard to understand the destructive influence of the negative and ignorant people in your life until you remove them. Heck, take a 2 week vacation, you'll see amazing results! Also, these aren't the people who are going to help you if you really need it.
