Thank you. I think there is too much of a tendancy to wait until the end to make a comment. People need to know how the process changes every step of the way. There's no shame in this. If you don't feel miserable after a tragedy like this then there's something wrong with you. I'm not going to sit there and pretend it's okay out of some misplaced sense of macho. It's not okay.
