Thank you, I try to do my best, but even so I still blow it from time to time. Even after 2 decades and a radical experience of living in a foreign country, I haven't completely removed all the negative thought patterns. This is why it's so hard to work on these issues. People who stay in the town where they were born all their lives have such a limited experience it's hard to get them to understand there is another way to live.
