Thanks for this response. I'm starting to think the American fixation on sports is just because it's the only "dream" (besides the lottery) of striking it rich. People know the debt is becoming unsustainable and that it's becoming increasingly more difficult to make it in our country. But they don't want to make any real changes, so they are looking for an innocent party to blame. It's terrifying how easy it is to make people disregard the fact that their hateful actions and words are so harmful to others.

I like the idea of classes based on physical attributes in sports. I wonder if we'll be headed to that?
