That comment sounds good, but there are some problems with it. What are you supposed to do with a person who doesn't even view you as a human being? I think we have to recognize, as a society, how abhorrent white supremacists are. Thinking we can reason with them comes out of the institutionalized racism that so often apologizes for the historical figures who were guilty of blatant crimes against humanity. Let's celebrate the humanity of the victims. I really don't care about the monsters.
