That's a very good example. I've run into that too. Maybe you could try, "Common sense dictates that you can't be entitled to beliefs that are harmful to others." Sometimes you can make them short circuit by using their own open ended philosophy against them... most of the time it's not worth the trouble. Thanks for the comment!
