That's true, we have to build those anti-racism tools. That's a good point and that's what I was trying to figure out when I wrote this essay. I think I'm more prepared to handle this situation if it should arise again. "Do no harm," is an important consideration here, and I think it's very easy for well meaning people to make a complete mess of things.
