The case will determine the law. If I see a person walking my street with an AR-15, I assume he's looking to kill me, particularly with all the hate rhetoric on the right. I have a right to defend myself. Would a reasonable person perceive a person wearing surgical gloves and carrying an AR-15 as a threat to their lives. Damn right they would.
