The refurbished phones are the ones people turn in. Most people do turn in their phones based on the resistance I'm getting to this issue. Then they turn around and find themselves the victims of identity theft and can't connect the dots. My main point is the minimal payment you get for turning in a phone isn't worth the concern about exposing your data. Thanks for the comment!
