There's a lot of great stuff in here. I like the comment about "not all feedback has value." That's the perfect response when people tell you that you can't listen to a differing point of view. "No, it's not that your opinion differs from mine, it's that your feedback doesn't have value." Then you can pivot and say, "You're just mad because I don't agree with you, you're doing what you were criticizing me of doing." Then again, most of the time I just block trolls these days!
