This is a fantastic article. I like the narrative style you adopted in the introduction. Perhaps we could get through to racist white people that if the cops arrest based on racism it means the killer is still out there! I've come to the conclusion that the purpose of the police force isn't about stopping crime, it's purpose is to maintain racism. That's why they're always asking for more money even though they'd be the 3rd best funded military in the world. Thanks for writing.
