This is a fascinating and very helpful article! Up to this point in my career, I've always been happy to work with small, independent presses. However, although I've learned a lot about writing, these presses simply don't have the marketing clout for sufficient visibility. I have a manuscript concept (1st draft) that's very important to me, and I think it needs a better shot than what I've provided for my other work.
