This is a terrific list, and although the contents may seem simple, many of them are easier said than done (they're worth it though). I would humbly add one item: be willing to apologize to your kids and admit when you are wrong. The strongest, most capable men in the world are those that are willing to admit a mistake to the people who love them. It entails a short term hit on your authority, but enables long term mutual respect. Thanks for writing!
