This is such a useful article! I'm grateful for the work that goes on behind the scenes to keep this platform clean! I've been on other internet spaces and Medium is a RELIEF because you actually get to talk to PEOPLE! It's amazing how so much of the division that plagues the rest of society disappears when the bots are taken out of the equation. I wish the rest of our society would follow your lead!
