Very true, and thank you for your thoughtful comment. I don't understand people who can sit and watch an innocent child squirm when she's taking the heat for the mistake of an adult. Yes, accountability should be the ultimate quality of leadership, and so much of our society is attracted to the exact opposite. It doesn't work. Thanks for your thoughts!
