Very well written and you've expressed it perfectly. The bully attitude is so deeply engrained that a huge percentage of the population refuses to recognize it as a problem ("That's just boys being boys"). I get the sense that a lot of problems in the US (racism, inequitable wealth distribution, exploitation...) relate to this. It gives me something to think about. Thanks for writing.
