Well written article. I find myself constantly struggling with the same problems. Lately I've just been expelling these kind of individuals from my life. Trying to help them is too exhausting and unrewarding. Sometimes if you lecture them on responsibility and tell them to act like an adult, you make a little progress. Kindness doesn't seem to work.
