What a shocking story. I've been in situations where people showed unprovoked hostility against my children and I find my impulse is to get them safe. Not call the police because I'm afraid the police will side with the aggressor. The dual standard is so heartbreaking, and I fully recognize I only experience this poor treatment second hand. I have no idea how people must feel who have to endure it directly. The world shouldn't be like this. Thanks for the comment.
