White supremacists infiltrate peaceful protests to destroy property. They've also infiltrated the police force. We don't designate white supremacist organizations as terrorist organizations even though the FBI reported they are the single largest threat to democracy. Basically, we have violent riots because white supremacist police are sympathetic to the violent white supremacist rioters.
