Yeah, very good article. One of the last conversations I had with my dad was on this very subject. The example he used was that he'd just hit somebody's dog with his car, but the person wasn't mad at him because he knew it was an accident. I couldn't believe he used this example to justify himself. "You still killed the dog," was my response. "That guy does have a right to hate you." Wriggling out of responsibility is the road to hell I swear.
On a side note, I'm having a tough week. I live in Chippewa Falls, WI. We just lost a 10 year old girl in our community. We need more kindness in the world.
