Yes, I've changed that because I feel the word "lifestyle" isn't quite what I wanted to convey. There are hate groups who attack innocent people both for who they fundamentally are as human beings, and for the choices they make (such as being agnostic). I think I've landed on a better phrasing. Please keep pointing out awkward phrasing!
