Yes, sales dashboards are certainly better, but I don't have access to those numbers. Sure, there are cases of review manipulation, but a large number of reviews remains a good indicator a book is getting read. I agree, reasonable writers are always interested in legitimate coverage. It's mind boggling to me that there are folks that would turn down coverage.
