Yes, studying abroad is a fantastic life experience. College tuition is almost nothing in Peru. American Universities overcharge on study abroad programs. The best way to do it is to go to a foreign country and enroll directly. Some places don't even require a visa. In Peru there were these language centers that were very affordable. I took a German class that was 2 hours a day for a month and it only cost $60. It's also inexpensive to get a degree accredited. Thanks for the comment!
