Yes, these are complex jobs. My point is that doesn't mean that one human being is entitled to excessive rights and treatments over other human beings. One human being is not "superior." Also, that person in charge of the surgery needs a team of people who are paid less in order to make it happen smoothly. Every one of those people is just as critical as the main surgeon.
