You do deserve to be loved! Good for you for making the brave choice to go out and find it. It's the right choice for you and for your husband. I think all relationships are special even when they don't work out. It took me a long term to understand that there were people I was only meant to be with for a short time. A lot of the social comments involving pity stem out of the patriarchal and misogynistic elements of our society.
