You're right. Young women don't do that. The body chemistry is clearly different and leads to aggression that is a threat to society. We need to treat the issue responsibly. Men's brains just aren't develped until they're older. Imagine if we didn't let men into the military until they were 25... perhaps the military would disappear because nobody would be stupid enough to join.
